2. Session bookings

Speaking sessions and workshops are confirmed on a signed Statement of Work. Full payment is required 14 days before the session date. Rescheduling is free with 5 or more working days' notice. Cancellations: full refund at 14+ working days, 50% between 5 and 14 working days, non-refundable under 5 working days. Custom session assets such as deepfake media are billed once created and are non-transferable.

3. Downloaded materials

Presentation decks are for your internal use. Republishing or reselling them is not permitted. Attribution is appreciated when sharing excerpts.

4. Liability

The site is provided as-is. Nothing on it creates an engagement, partnership, or duty of care; those arise only under a signed SOW.
